Kellie Cheree started off as a hobby in 2016. The first candles created, were called glitter candles. I never knew the process of candle making and how much of a process it would be. The Family Peace Center is a 501c3 multi-agency, multi-disciplinary service center located at 315 N. Main Street in Rockford, Ill. The center provides services to victims of inter-personal violence. Both public and private partner agencies assign staff on a full-time or part-time basis to provide services from one location. The facility focuses on reducing the number of times survivors tell their story and the number of places survivors must go for help, as well as increases access to services and support for survivors and their children.The Family Peace Center is now offering appointments.
