The Prairie Street Brewhouse, one of Rockford’s premier historic buildings, currently making a comeback as a mixed-use development will be home to the brewpub. The original Rockford Brewing Company developed the building to establish one of the first breweries in the nation, brewing over 75,000 barrels a year at its peak production.
