-We will bike about 6 miles of paved trail through Blackhawk Springs and Kishwaukee River Forest Preserves.

-The trail has some small hills and one big one.

-Enter and park at 5360 Mulford Road, Rockford, IL 61109.

-Bring your own bike and helmet.
