Playing is Learning
ZooBabies is a series of indoor and outdoor classes at Burpee for our budding scientists! The classes are designed to begin animal explorations with preschool students. 

Zoology is the study of animals. This program focuses on touch, real animals, and exposure that builds new neurons to grows the preschool mind! 

December 28 Sneaky Little Dear: ZooBabies (ages 6 & under)
School’s Out…Burpee’s In! Join us for winter break learning adventures with extra special experiences for ZooBabies (Ages 0-6) and Zoology Explorers (Ages 6 and Up) Saving our Forest Friends! Join us for this EXTRA SPECIAL ZooBabies class over the winter break. Burpee is thrilled to team up with our friends from Hoo Haven Animal Rehabilitation and Wildlife center. They are bringing some of their rehabilitated forest friends, and sharing awesome stories.

December 28 Woodland Creature: Zoology Explorer (ages 6 and up)
Woodland Creatures: Exploration and Rehabilitation with Hoo Haven School’s Out…Burpee’s In! Join us for winter break learning adventures with extra special experiences for ZooBabies (Ages 0-6) and Zoology Explorers (Ages 6 and Up) Saving our Forest Friends! Learn how Hoo Haven steps in and helps sick and injured forest animals. Join us for this EXTRA SPECIAL Zoology Explorers class over the winter break. 

We will explore woodland creature features that help them be so successful in the winter, explore their pelts, eating strategies and make some feeders to take home too!
