Take some time for yourself this March with certified yoga instructor and artist Rhiannon Yandell. First, you will learn more about the museum’s feature exhibition with a brief guided tour. Then you will be guided through a gentle yoga practice and meditation suitable for all ability levels. This workshop is perfect for those who’ve always wanted to try yoga, those who have some experience, and anyone who wants to make more space for art and wellness in their lives. Participants are required to bring their own mats. Please register early as space is limited.
