Be Yourself, Everyone Else Is Taken!

Women are often responsible for caring for others in their lives, and it can be difficult to make yourself a priority. This women’s group strives to connect participants while cultivating a non judgmental atmosphere of support and validation. In this group we will discuss and process our emotions and the events of life, while encouraging each other to connect with our most authentic self and explore our personal needs, goals and dreams. Topics include (but not limited to): Personal Values, Self-love, Self-esteem, Mental Health, Authenticity, Finding Joy, Relaxation, Mind Body Connection, Healthy Living, Hobbies, Creativity.

This group meets the 3rd Wednesday of the month. You must sign-up for each session.
