Here’s the necessary details:

Date: July 30th

Time: 9AM registration 10AM start time

Cost: 30 dollars due upon sign-up (100% of entries go into the prize pool)

Points level: 2000

Maximum of 24 players

3 rounds each lasting 2 hours and 45 Minutes with 15 minute pregame.

Masks are not required in accordance with Illinois Law.

Please note that since we typically max out these events, entry fees are not refundable less than 48 hours from the event if you cancel.

Painting is not required for our RTT level events but it will be used for tie breakers and is required to be eligible for the Best Painted Award. We are also using the 10 point bonus as per the main rule book.

Missions will be from the Strike Force section of the most recent Grand Tournament Missions Pack excluding any Mission Packs that release on the day of the event. For this event we will be using the War Zone Nephilim.

We will be using chess clocks. Please familiarize yourself with how they work here: https://www.frontlinegaming.org/.../open-source-chess.../

Please bring a printed list to give to the TO (or be able to upload to Best Coast Pairings) as well as a copy for your opponents to look at.

All FAQs, Beta Rules, Chapter Approved changes, Points changes, and Codexes up to a week before the event will be in effect.

Schedule for the day:

Registration: 9am - 10am

Game 1: 10am - 1:00pm

Lunch Break: 1:00pm - 2:00pm

Game 2: 2:00pm - 5:00pm

Game 3: 5:15pm - 8:15pm

Awards: 8:30pm

The payouts will be determined by turnout.

Voting for Best Painted will take place during the lunch break.

Raffle tickets will be given to each player that loses a round for a chance at additional prizes at the end!
