AUGUST 12 - The Hard Knock Kings

The Hard Knock Kings are an acoustically driven trio playing an eclectic mix of Roots and Americana.

Seasoned musicians, bringing their craft together, playing songs from roots country, rockabilly, with the right amount of punch and twang.

Playing music with an attitude that will have you singing along and tapping your feet. The Hard Knock Kings are always entertaining.

HELP ME PLAY DONATIONS

During the performances, audience members can make donations to the Rockford Park District Foundation’s Help Me Play fund, which ensures that all children have access to play through camps, lessons, facility visits, playgrounds, and more.

This virtual music series is made possible through grants from the Rockford Area Arts Council and the Illinois Arts Council. Grant funding is providing payment to the musicians who also have been impacted by COVID-19 and the restrictions in place for larger group gatherings.
