Enjoy this rare opportunity to experience the gardens during the quiet of twilight while experiencing the transformative, restorative and healing powers of nature on this 90 minute silent walking/sitting/walking meditation. A “self-guide” book will be given to each participant so that they may repeat the experience on their own at any time, here or in other locations.

Dress appropriately for whatever the weather brings. Because this is an after-hours program, we will meet in front of the Visitor’s Center. Arrive a few minutes earl as we depart into the gardens promptly at 7:00PM.
