Join us for a free live performance after hours at the Hollow, with local Rockford band The Funeral March of the Marionettes. This event is for ages 16 and up, mask is required and donations are appreciated.

Born in the cellar, fortified by the spirits of Bowie and Bauhaus, The Funeral March of the Marionettes rose from the earth to walk the path of night. Led by Joseph Whiteaker, the band brings its vision of post-punk and dark alternative music to the like-minded children of the dark. At times urgent and driven and others dreamy and deliberate, the music of the Funeral March continues to morph and evolve. The band has been featured on Post-Punk.com, Side-Line.com, Whitelight/WhiteHeat, Brutal Resonance, Luminous Dash Muziekzine, and others. The band was also chosen by deathrockradio.com as one of the Top Bands of 2019.

Since last at Wolf Hollow in October 2021, the Rockford band has been busily working on new music and promoting the release of a new single "Slow". The local band has been attracting some impressive attention, including being named one of InClub Radio's top "Guitar Makers" bands of 2021.
