The African-American Resource Center at Booker (AARCB) is a non-profit organization serving the community for over one hundred seven years. The center is located in the southwest quadrant of Rockford, Illinois. AARCB provides services and resources to families through its MISSION of utilizing education, art recreation, mentorship and cultural programs to create an environment that promote and enhance the quality of life by celebrating the achievements and improving the welfare of our community members.
