Salty Yoga is back!!! Starting Wednesday April 19th at 5:30pm. 60 minutes of beginner friendly to intermediate level, focusing on learning to breathe through movement as well as meditation. Each session will have a warmup, a series of poses and a Mindful Cooldown AND includes Salt Therapy, Sound Therapy & Color Therapy.

Brenda Torrones is a 200-hour RYT Certified in Hatha Yoga. Besides yoga, Brenda enjoys being outdoors gardening and spending time in Door County with family. Brenda believes in the natural healing qualities of Yoga & Salt Therapy. Yoga is Happiness beyond the mat.

Class is small and intimate, maximum 4 people.
