The Reiki Drum Journey is a technique combining Reiki and Shamanic drumming for a inward exploration. The sacred sound and healing power of the drum will gently guide you on a journey within to an altered state of consciousness, where the answers and guidance you seek can be retrieved. The vibration and resonance of the even tempo drumbeat, combined with your clear intention for the journey will act as a guide for self empowerment, deep healing, awareness and insights for personal and spiritual healing. What you seek is already within you. Journeying is a way to help you connect to your Higher Self; your True Self, your Soul’s Wisdom to further retrieve what your searching for.

This session will be held in the Salt Room at Salt+Sol. You’ll be able to nestle into 5k pounds of Himalayan Salt, while enjoying Salt Therapy and Color Therapy. Salt Therapy will not only benefit your respiratory,skin and emotional health, you’ll be able to reach the ultimate relaxation while diving into the Reiki Drum Journey.
