Rockford Wind Ensemble was created to culturally enrich the Rockford community by performing superior wind band literature. The wind ensemble also provides challenging opportunities for local musicians. The Rockford Wind Ensemble performs a series of concerts from October through April at the Nordlof Center and during the summer, presents the Rockford Concert Band summer series at Sinnissippi Band Shell.
