The 17th Annual Rockford Football Training Camp is designed to improve your child’s foundational football skill level. Campers will take part in offensive and defensive drills, agility, and coordination drills.


All participants will receive a camp shirt, NFL certificate, and a healthy snack. Local high school and college coaches will serve as instructors.


Former NFL linebacker and current Chicago Bears coach Carlos Polk will lead the camp.


Polk is a Rockford native who played in the NFL after starring at Guilford High School and the University of Nebraska.


This year’s camp is FREE for all kids thanks to the generous support of Chicago Bears Care.
