Real Beautiful You

RealBeautifulYOU is a wellness center located in northern Illinois that provides nutrition counseling, inclusive movement classes, and massage therapy. The large spaces are available for workshops, classes, business meetings, and event rental.

Rachel is a RYT-200 & Master's Educated Nutritionist who completed her Dietetic Internship in December 2019. She holds a graduate certification in Eating Disorders from Northern Illinois University & continues to educate herself on important areas in the health world, such as Intuitive Eating & the HAES movement.

Currently, Rachel is working to complete her thesis, which evaluates the correlation between childhood trauma & the development of eating disorders or disordered eating. Following thesis defense, she will sit for the RD Board Exam to become a Registered Dietitian.

Rachel devotes her time outside of her job as a Clinical Dietitian in Rockford, IL to sitting on multiple executive organizational boards, leading local Jewish teens, tending to a community garden that she helped to create just this year, and her husband, three boys, & dog, Ruby.
