Nspired Yoga

N~spired Yoga was founded by Nancy Enke in 2013. Our mission is to bring yoga to everyone who has an interest. Yoga has been proven to offer many health benefits for the body and the mind. We believe anyone can practice yoga by modifying the poses to meet the needs of each individual. The practice of yoga is focused on gaining strength and flexibility within the physical body, using the breath to assist in deepening the pose. A regular practice will begin to bring a calmness to the mind and a sense of balance in all aspects of life.

Our instructors are experienced and well trained. We currently have three 200 Hour RYT's on staff. We are committed to continuing education believing that a teacher never stops being a student.

Wellness is a lifetime journey. We are here to serve as a beacon of light helping others find peace and balance along the way.
