Whether it’s your first time this year, or first time ever, there’s no judgement at this yoga session. Meet in the front for a mimosa and then head to the back room.

We will have some blankets, but bring a mat or towel if you can. You know, something cozy for yourself.

The yoga instructor is a professional and will be leading a medium session, as always go at your own pace a s comfort level. Light hearted jokes and banter always welcomed
