Join us at Anderson Japanese Gardens all summer long! This is our favorite place in town to breathe in the beauty of Mother Earth. Each week, expect a brief grounding meditation and balancing breathing exercises followed by an energizing vinyasa to awaken and prepare the body for a series of main postures. Our practice ends with a blissful and healing guided relaxation to send you into your day renewed, inspired, and radiating peace.
