Guided Trail Ride at Deer Run Forest Preserve

Deer Run Forest Preserve (we will hopefully ride through bluebells!)

Join Naturalist/Educator Andrea Wallace Noble and Cherry Valley Equestrian Center Manager Brooke Merryman for a leisurely guided trail ride! Learn about the natural diversity, rare species, and special landscapes of our Forest Preserves from the comfort of your saddle. Participants are expected to provide their own horse and transportation.

Please be ready to ride at 10 a.m. Meet at the Equestrian Trailer Parking Entrance. Forest Preserves of Winnebago County Bridle Tags are required for participation. We only offer nature interpretation services and will not assist in any horse training or handling. $5/Members, $8/General Admission. Register by 5/10.
