Golf Rockford Memberships can be purchased in person during regular business hours at UW Health Sports Factory, Carlson Ice Arena, or Indoor Sports Center at Mercyhealth Sportscore Two.

EZ-PAY PLAN AVAILABLE!

Our EZ-Pay installment payment plan automatically withdraws payments from your debit or credit card. A $100 down payment is required using the card you would like the scheduled payments to be deducted from. Must apply in-person at the locations listed above. BALANCE DUE BY: MAY 31, 2020.
