AAUW Work Smart is designed to help experienced working women negotiate for a new job, raise, or promotion. In this 2 ½ hour workshop women will develop confidence in their negotiation style through discussion and role-play.

The program is free and open to the public, registration required. Registration available at: https://rockfordarea-il.aauw.net/ . The workshop will be limited to 40 participants.

AAUW is a national organization of women and men who hold an associate or equivalent, baccalaureate, or higher degree from a qualified educational institution, and students enrolled in a qualified institution. The Rockford Branch was founded in 1929.
