We got to learn how the Northern Illinois Food Bank in Rockford is helping our community. They have been serving Northern Illinois since 1983, and every volunteer plays a part in making a difference. From packing boxes for home deliveries, stocking the market, and picking orders for the OrderAhead online food pantry program, there is something for everyone to do.

Their new temperature-controlled lockers make it easier than ever for neighbors to get the groceries they need at a time that works for them. This innovation is growing with even more lockers by the end of August!
