Each year the Rockford Network of Professional Women (RNPW) Program Committee works diligently to invite exceptionally dynamic women from the region to speak on their achievements—both the successes and challenges in reaching their goals.

February's Luncheon Theme is "What If...I, Too ,Can Be a Leader?" featuring speaker Christina Belonger, Rockford Chick-Fil-A.

Christiana Belonger was born and raised in Rockford. After being homeschooled all through high school, she graduated from Hallstrom Homeschool Workshops in 2014. At 17 years old, she took her first job as a team member at Chick-fil-A Rockford - now 5 years later, she accepted the position of Executive Director at the restaurant and is responsible for all business operations. She also serves in a training role for Chick-fil-A corporate that prompts her to travel all around the country assisting in the opening of new franchise restaurants. Christiana spends the majority of her time working alongside her fantastic team at Chick-fil-A, but in her free time, she volunteers at the Pregnancy Care Center of Rockford and at CityFirst Church, her church home as of this recent year.
