This program offers free calling cards to soldiers by receiving old cell phones and tablets and recycling them which not only helps the soldiers, but keeps these devices out of landfills. We will be accepting your old devices through Nov 25 at both of our locations: 8409 N. 2nd, Machesney Park & 4665 Hydraulic Road, Rockford. Cell Phones for Soldiers accepts all makes, models and conditions of cell phones and tablets. Please note: All these devices are wiped clean using the same standards the Department of Defense uses.
