For the past 5 years Jeremy has been fighting to find a diagnosis after getting paralysis in his legs. Finally, he has been diagnosed with West Nile Poliomyelitis, which has attacked his central nervous system and has significantly impacted his ability to walk and lead a normal life. Jeremy is determined to regain his independence and fight for his health for his beautiful family.

Jeremy has seen promising results with Intravenous Immunoglobulin (IVIG) treatments in restoring his mobility. These treatments are very expensive and are not covered by insurance. At this time the doctors are recommending 2 more treatments, costing $9700 EACH. Donations received from the fundraiser will go to Jeremy to help pay for the treatment and other medical bills not covered by insurance.
