Each class participant will learn to level, stack, fill, and decorate a 2 layer 6” cake with vanilla buttercream frosting. All decorating materials, cake and frosting will be provided.

We will go over techniques for smooth vs textured icing as well as different border styles that can be used for decorating. Participants will be able to customize their cake with a color scheme of their choice and practice the decorating techniques taught in class to make it their own!

We will cover:

Coloring the frosting

Filling the piping bags

Leveling, filling, and stacking the cake

Frosting the outside and adding decorations

Cost for class is $45- participants can take home their cake, piping bags, piping tips, and spatula used in class.

The class should take around 2 hours.
