CHOCOLATES are made fresh to order every day using fresh fruit zests, whole spices, vanilla beans, fresh cream and the finest bittersweet and milk chocolate. Each chocolate is rolled and tempered by hand, part of the artisan attention to detail that connoisseurs will truly appreciate.

GALAPAGOS: Dark Chocolate and Milk Chocolate Galapagos are the CACAOCUVÉE version of turtles on steroids. A handful of freshly roasted walnuts, pecans, macadamia nuts, and pistachios, are layered with a generous slab of homemade caramel and slathered with bittersweet or milk chocolate. One Galapagos is large enough to share with a friend, but why would anyone do that?

CARAMEL: CACAOCUVÉE has been making caramel from a family recipe that dates back to the 1800’s. It is the best you will ever taste and is sensuously soft, melting in your mouth. This caramel is definitely addictive, once you start, you will have a hard time not saying, “ just one more”.

DARK SECRET chocolate can be purchased in 30 day boxes for a full month's supply, or in seven day boxes for a week’s supply. It's made with pure cacao, and is available with Tart Cherries, Almonds, Cacao Nibs and Espresso Beans. Gluten free and made in a gluten free facility.
