Auburn Animal Clinic is located at 2515 Auburn Street, Rockford, IL 61101 and serves the Greater Rockford community. The clinic is a full service practice providing preventative, medical, and surgical care for all species. Dr. Patricia Holm is the owner and has 30 years experience. Dr. Sherry Teeters is a staff veterinarian with 41 years experience. Dr. Holm took over ownership of Auburn Animal Clinic from Dr. Ramon Medernach in 2003. Dr. Holm received her D.V.M. degree in May 1982 from Iowa State University. She first was employed at Pines Meadow Veterinary Clinic in Oregon, Illinois for nine years as a mixed clinical practitioner. She then owned and practiced as a sole proprietor relief veterinarian for approximately 40 veterinary practices in Iowa, Wisconsin and Illinois. Dr. Holm holds current veterinary licenses in Illinois, Wisconsin and Iowa. She is a member of the greater Rockford Veterinary Medical Association, AVMA, AAHA, ISVMA and NIVMA. Auburn Animal Clinic partners with the Remedies Program to provide shelter and care for animals of domestic violence victims. Auburn Animal Clinic is a founding member of the West Side Business Association in Rockford. Auburn Animal Clinic's mission is to provide excellent care to all patients, great and small, while using the doctor/client/patient relationship to provide the best service possible. We strive to protect animal health, relieve animal suffering, promote animal welfare, conserve animal resources, promote public health and advance medical knowledge.
