Through Amanda’s encouraging guidance, participants will learn a variety of yoga poses, breathing techniques, and meditation practices.

You can expect a fun, challenging, and ever-changing class. Each class will stretch and strengthen the body, build better balance, and bring better focus and flexibility.

Classes are taught in the Hatha Yoga tradition, where poses will be held for several breaths to allow you to settle into each pose, tune into your body and breath, and allow the pose to develop according to your body’s ability level.

Attending Amanda’s yoga classes will leave you feeling calm, grounded, energized, and ready to face your day. Each class is open to all experience levels, and students are always encouraged to practice at their own pace.

Students should bring their own yoga mat, yoga strap, and yoga blocks.

$64 per 8-week session, $10 per drop-in class

Session 2 | July 12-August 30, 2021

$64 per 8-week session, $10 per drop-in class

Session 3 | September 13-October 11, 2021

$40 for each 5-week session, $10 per drop-in class
