Enjoy and experience the many benefits of yoga with the stability and support of a chair. This gentle form of yoga is designed for those with coordination and balance limitations, limited range of motion, and who may find a traditional yoga class format challenging.

Through Amanda‘s encouraging guidance, participants will learn a variety of yoga poses, breathing techniques, and meditation practices. These practices will stretch and strengthen the body, build better balance, and bring better focus, flexibility, and mental clarity.

Attending this class will leave you feeling calm, grounded, energized, and ready to face your day! Students are always encouraged to practice at their own pace.

Mondays: 10:30 AM-11:30 AM

Session 1 | May 10-June 28, 2021

$64 per 8 week session, $10 per drop in class

Session 2 | July 12-August 30, 2021

$64 per 8 week session, $10 per drop in class

Session 3 | September 13-October 11, 2021

$40 for each 5 week session, $10 per drop in class.
