Join yoga instructor Suzy Osborne, of 815Yoga, at Prairie Street Brewing Co. for Ale Yeah Yoga — a fun, social yoga + beer event for all skill levels. This session will include 60 minutes of yoga instruction, followed by a pint of beer and granola bar pairing (kombucha option available). This is a popular event, so get your tickets today!

$20/ticket (age 21+) - purchase online (link above)

Participants need to bring their own yoga mats and are encouraged to arrive at least 10 minutes early.

ABOUT SUZY OSBORNE

Suzy Osborne was initially drawn to yoga in her high school years as it helped her gain flexibility as a dancer. She has continued to practice because she enjoys the connection of the mind, the body, and the breath. Suzy completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training at 815Yoga through Blue Soul School of Yoga. After earning her certification in June of 2018, she began teaching weekly classes at 815Yoga. She enjoys both taking and teaching a variety of levels and styles including vinyasa and yin. Suzy loves spreading her passion for yoga to others in the Rockford community! 


ABOUT PRAIRIE STREET BREWING CO.

Prairie Street Brewing Co. is a historic brewpub in downtown Rockford, Illinois producing handcrafted and locally-sourced food and beer. It is also home to many popular events such as Dinner on the Dock, Rockford Handmade Market, Ale Yeah Yoga, and the Elevate Palate Trip Series.
