Our wonderful Tatianna is heading out on an epic trip, starting in Mexico. We wanted to give her an official send off at the bar.

This months menu “The Dark Side of the June” hinges around music, with the central cocktail being Tatianna’s own “Goodbye Blue Sky.” A Pink Floyd song that is poignant and in tune with her own departure.

Will there be a speech? Maaaybe. Will there be toasts and dancing? Yeah, likely some of that.
