Greenlink Energy Solutions is looking for a Solar Installation Technician Crew Supervisor who can plan, coordinate, lead, and deliver projects on time and on budget across our footprint. This role coordinates job-site activities for all facets of installation. In the role, you would be responsible for leading an installation crew from initial site surveying to final inspections.

Responsibilities:

• Adhere to Greenlink and OSHA safety standards;

• Oversees coordinated, efficient workflows between project management team members, installers, electricians, warehouse associates, and other team members directly involved in the solar installation and construction part of our business across our footprint;

• Represents the company and its management team each day on the project sites;

• Interfaces with property owners and serves as an ambassador for the company; resolves customer service issues pertaining to construction and installation;

• Represents the company and its management team each day on the project sites;

• Works daily on work sites to ensure deadlines are met;

• Maintains work sites and ensures they are run in a professional manner that represents Greenlink’s values.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience installing Solar PV systems; must have multiple solar photovoltaic system installations completed;

• Four or more years of experience required in construction and/or construction management;

• Demonstrated history of leading others successfully through positive motivation;

• Must be organized and possess strong attention to detail;

• Experienced in managing subcontractors and subcontracts preferred

Physical Requirements:

• Lift 75 pounds repeatedly;

• Bend over and kneel on surfaces;

• Squat, crawl, twist in variety of ways;

• Drive power tools and use other small tools such as hammers and wrenches;

• Handle inclement weather;

• Sit in vehicle for long periods.

Preferred Knowledge and Skills:

• Thorough understanding of grid-tied PV system design, electrical wire sizing, and conduit connections;

• Must have excellent teamwork and communication skills including the ability to foster a positive team environment through collaborative decision-making;

• Must have a clean driving record and access to transportation to job site;

• Preferred but not required: NABCEP certification, and previous experience installing solar PV on the DC side of the system.
