Bring on summer with 108 Sun Salutations! In this rhythmic, moving meditation, you’ll be guided through 12 sets of 9 sun salutations with options to modify and go at your own pace. All levels welcome!

1-DAY SILENT RETREAT

A guided day in silence, reflection, and contemplation at Anderson Japanese Gardens with our studio owner Ally Troia. The day will include formal seated meditation, walking meditation, mindful eating, gentle yoga, sound bath meditation, and more. Three summer dates available!
