My sister Theresa used to make this when I was a kid and it was my favorite thing to eat in the summer time when I was growing up in the Philippines.


It’s a hot and spicy hotdog wrapped in white bread, tossed in egg wash and Panko breadcrumbs!


We will serve it wit black pepper adobo mayo, spicy gochujang sauce, and horseradish mustard this weekend!
