Our feature for the rest of the week: Our Tequila Borracho Tacos - These tacos kinda remind me of a taco we did a few years back when we did Daxx X Nielsen’s Dialed Tacos.

He mixes Carnitas and Chorizo and tops them with Oaxaca cheese. Those are all good things, but it's the Borracho sauce made with tequila & ginger that takes it to the next level.

Oh, there is a Radish and Pico garnish as well. Seriously this taco can’t hold any more flavor.
