Customers of all ages can send us a Halloween card and we'll send one back to you! Make your own or share a store-bought card.

When you're ready to send it:

Mail the card to (postage required): Youth Services, 214 N. Church Street, Rockford, IL 61101

OR

Save a stamp! You can drop your card off at any of our library locations Materials Return Boxes.

Please include your return address clearly marked!

Visit the Hart Interim Library to see your card on display with our kids Halloween books (addresses will be removed).
