American Girl Doll Giveaway Contest!

Rockford Public Library is sponsoring a "What Voting Means To Me" contest for children 12 and under. Write an essay of under 100 words on the subject and return to Miss Ellen at the Rockford Public Library's Hart building, or email your entry to equinn@rockfordpubliclibrary.org to win one of five custom American Girl dolls! These dolls have been 'marching for women to get the vote' in a Women's Suffrage Centennial display at the Hart Interim Library. Entries are due by 10/15/2020, and winning dolls may have a different outfit than that depicted in the parade display. Enter and Win!
