It’s Chelsee! This lovely lady has been visiting us for years for her spa days, and always has some pep in her step. But with age comes stiff joints and lessened eyesight, which we understand can make a day away from home a big deal. We slow down all of our groom steps with our senior visitors, making sure they’re comfortable and calm before their bath or haircut, and give them frequent breaks between each step.
