Last week I was honored to be asked to speak at the State of the Industry meeting at Burpee Museum of Natural History. I spoke about the challenges facing all restaurants in our region and was honored to represent our industry as a voice.

I was joined by speakers from the RACVB, RAD, Burpee, Rockford Park District & Discovery Center Children’s Museum.
