CASA of Winnebago County is looking for exceptional people to change a child's story by joining our team of volunteers. Speaking on a child's behalf, our volunteers provide stability to abused or neglected children as they navigate the court system. Children who have a CASA gain a sense of acceptance, are less likely to develop defiant behavior, have a positive attitude toward the future and develop the ability to work out conflicts.
