MembersAlliance will begin a graduated process of re-opening our lobbies and resuming face-to-face in-branch banking activities beginning Today, ๐Œ๐จ๐ง๐๐š๐ฒ, ๐‰๐ฎ๐ง๐ž ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ“๐ญ๐ก. This will be a step-by-step process in which the health and safety of our members and employees will continue to be of the utmost importance.


Not all of our lobbies will open immediately. We will begin by opening the lobbies of our 2๐Ÿ“๐Ÿ“๐ŸŽ ๐’. ๐€๐ฅ๐ฉ๐ข๐ง๐ž ๐‘๐ ๐š๐ง๐ ๐Ÿ”๐Ÿ—๐Ÿ“๐Ÿ ๐Ž๐ฅ๐๐ž ๐‚๐ซ๐ž๐ž๐ค ๐‘๐ locations while our Walmart branches will remain closed continuing to only offer regular ATM access at this time. The two locations with lobbies opening to members will be limited in capacity, allowing members and employees inside to maintain a safe distance of six feet or more apart.


The bulleted items below will be guidelines followed when visiting a branch during the initial phase of reopening:

โ€ข A Photo ID will be requested before entry.

โ€ข Face coverings/mask are required. You will need to remove briefly for identification.

โ€ข Member flow will be facilitated by a security guard and member service specialist.

โ€ข Sneeze guards and hand sanitizers are in place as an added protective measure.

โ€ข Capacity is limited.

โ€ข Sanitizing will take place after each member.

โ€ข We request that only members conducting business come into the branch.

โ€ข If you are feeling sick, please stay home.


As we work towards resuming full operations we will continue to monitor the recovery and follow recommended guidance from local, state, and federal authorities. We will continue to provide regular updates informing you as such on our website, Facebook, and through emails like this.
