Activity: Blindman's Buff

Enjoy the spring weather with one of the most popular Victorian Games. Known in English speaking countries as Blindman’s Buff, this outdoor game is similar to tag. one person is chosen as “it.” They are blindfolded, and “buffed”, meaning knocked off course. The other players, who are not blindfolded, amuse themselves by calling out to the “blind man” and dodging away from them. If they are caught they become the “blindman.”

This game dates back 2,000 years to ancient Greece and variants are played all over the world.
