Since we started making our Elote Dip a few months back it has really become a guest favorite. That makes us happy because we love it too!

So...This week we are using the elote dip as a base for an Elote Flatbread, but we aren't just simply combining the dip with the flatbread... You know we've got to make it special.

We are adding even MORE roasted corn, some delicious Chihuahua & Cotija Cheese as well as some Tajin and a little hot sauce.
