Happy Monday Everyone! We hope you had a great weekend! On Saturday, we had our Spring Clothing Drive at our facility on Hydraulic Road. We had no idea the turnout would be that phenomenal! It was unprecedented! Normally we have 4 locations, but with covid, we were limited to just one. We would like to thank ALL of the people who patiently waited in line to drop off their clothing or other recyclables. You were so understanding! We definitely want to apologize to all those who got turned away. BUT, the good news is that you can come on any Tuesday from 2 pm - 5 pm or Saturday morning from 9 am - noon to drop off your clothing or the other items that we do take. A special shout out to Andy Gannon from 23 News who was in line and decided to pull over to volunteer, the Rockford Police Department who so graciously offered assistance when our lines got too big, and, as always, to our volunteers, who without them, none of this would be possible! We are grateful to you all! Thank you for making this Clothing Drive a massive success! Keep cleaning out those closets!
