This last week has felt like a multi-day Tough Mudder course. Everyday had a new obstacle to overcome. Like many people who have completed a Tough Mudder know, it gets easier, and may I say fun, if you’re doing it with a team.

I’m so proud of my team. From those in the restaurant making the food, to the staff at home cheering us on, to the business that have helped us out, it’s truly been a collaborative effort.

That said, we’re tired. So we are taking today off. Tomorrow we’re going to restock the restaurant as the shelves are bare. Tuesday, we’ll be back to rock what we hope is an easy to use curbside ToGo service.
