Parade Schedule:

4:40pm Motorcycle Parade

4:50pm Screw City Jeep Parade

5:00pm Main Patriotic Parade Begins

Parade Grandstand is at Wyman & State Streets. DJ Freedom Bennett will be the 2023 Master of Ceremonies.

Live Music by Gramps with Amps will be in front of the Joe Marino Park statue beginning at 3:30pm.

Portalets will be up and down the parade route.

Parade Route:

Parade kicks off on 7th Street, heading North to East State Street

Parade will turn left (west) on East State Street

Parade will continue on East State Street, passing each of the following streets:

5th Street

N/S 3rd Street

Route 251

N/S 2nd Street

N/S 1st Street

N/S Madison Street

N/S Water Street

Parade will cross the State Street Bridge and continue to West State Street

Parade will continue on West State Street, passing each of the following Streets:

N/S Wyman Street

N/S Main Street

Parade will disband at North/South Church Street

Road Closures begin in downtown Rockford at 2pm.

Main street will reopen for auto traffic after the parade.

Jefferson Street Bridge, Auburn Street Bridge and Whitman Street Bridge will be open for auto traffic.

State Street and Chestnut Street Bridge will be closed to auto traffic.

All City owned parking facilities and flat lots will be free on the 4th of July. Private lots may have a cost.
