Live Blues are back! Last year’s Blues Picnics at Lyran Park are expanded to seven shows and three shows will feature acts that were scheduled to play at the festival while the other three have great bands performing, too! 

 

5/29: Dave Fields and Blind Eye Willis 1-6 pm

6/20: The Ivy Ford Band 2-5 pm

7/3: The Bel Airs 4-7 pm

8/7 Wayne Baker Brooks 3-6 pm

8/28 Teeny Tucker, Aaron Williams & the Hoodoo, Wheatbread Johnson 1-6 pm

10/2: The Jimmys 3-6 pm

Tickets for each show are $10 in advance. We are limiting tickets for safety and advanced tickets will be available, so get yours early from Crossroads, the Lyran Club or at Culture Shock in Rockford. On line tickets are available on our website (https://crossroadsbluessociety.com/) 


Mail order tickets from Crossroads Blues Society at PO Box 840, Byron, IL 61010 are available. Includes a SASE with a regular stamp for orders up to 8 tickets. 9-14 tickets use a two ounce stamp and over 14 include $4 postage in your check. 


If tickets remain, we may have a very limited number for $15 each at the gate but don't count on it. When they are gone, they are gone!


All shows are bring your own seats, coolers and food and beverages. Crossroads Blues Society is a 501c3 non-profit and these shows help us to fund Blues in the Schools! The summer music series is brought to you by Lonnie's CarpetMax and Lonnie's Stonecrafters.
