Special guest instructor Laura Youngblut joins us from Freeport for a luxurious evening of Restorative and Yin yoga accompanied by Reiki therapy and sound healing with our studio owner, Ally Troia. Laura will lead you through a deeply relaxing, two-hour yoga practice during which you'll move slowly into restful, stretching yoga postures designed to release stress and tension from the physical body, emotional body, and mental body. Laura will also provide a brief intro to the chakra system and guide you through a chakra meditation while Ally offers Reiki and sound healing for additional chakra balancing and relaxation.

Wear warm, comfortable clothes or pajamas. Feel free to bring a mug and tea to fill with hot water at the studio.

For a restorative practice: 1 yoga mat, 1 bolster, 1 blanket

For the ultimate luxurious practice: 1 yoga mat, 2 bolsters, 2 blankets, 2 blocks, 1 eye pillow
